$We work out the first term using the order of operations$	$x^{2} yz = (- 2)^{2} \times 1 \times 3 = 4 \times 3 = 12$
$We work out the second term using the order of operations$	$x y z^{2} = (- 2) \times 1 \times 3^{2} = (- 2) \times 9 = - 18$
$We subtract the second term from the first to evaluate the whole expression$	$x^{2} yz - x y z^{2} = 12 - (- 18) = 30$
